I beg to inform the House that, pursuant to Standing Order 71(b), the Member for Timmins (Mr. Bisson) has notified the Clerk of his intention to file notice of a reasoned amendment to the motion for Second Reading of Bill 81, An Act to authorize the expenditure of certain amounts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019 (Sessional Paper No. 181).

The Order for Second Reading of Bill 81 may therefore not be called today.
