I beg to inform the House that, pursuant to Standing Order 71(b), both the Member for Scarborough—Guildwood (Ms. Hunter) and the Member for Toronto—Danforth (Mr. Tabuns) have notified the Clerk of their intention to file notice of a reasoned amendment to the motion for Second Reading of Bill 5, An Act to amend the City of Toronto Act, 2006, the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 (Sessional Papers No. 13 and 15). |

The Order for Second Reading of Bill 5 may therefore not be called today. |
