House, the Government of Ontario should immediately increase
health care funding in Durham Region to the provincial average,
and, thereafter, develop and implement health care funding in
Durham Region based upon population growth.

further debate, the question having been put, the Deputy Speaker
declared his opinion that the Ayes had it, and a recorded vote
having been demanded,
