A Writ of Election dated the Sixteenth day of August, 2006, was issued by the Honourable Lieutenant Governor of the Province of Ontario, and was addressed to Ted Scaldwell, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Parkdale-High Park, for the election of a Member to represent the said Electoral District of Parkdale-High Park in the Legislative Assembly of this Province in the room of Gerard Kennedy who, since his election as representative of the said Electoral District of Parkdale-High Park, has resigned his seat. This is to certify that, a poll having been granted and held in Parkdale-High Park on the Fourteenth day of September, 2006, Cheri DiNovo has been returned as duly elected as appears by the Return of the said Writ of Election, dated the 22^nd day of September, 2006, which is now lodged of record in my office.
