Mr. Duncan delivered to the Deputy Speaker (Mr. Crozier) a message from His Honour the Administrator signed by his own hand, and the said message was read by the Deputy Speaker and is as follows:-

The Administrator of the Government transmits Estimates of certain sums required for the services of the Province for the year ending 31st March 2007 and recommends them to the Legislative Assembly.

After some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9, the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.

The House then adjourned at 6:00 p.m.

Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 14, An Act to promote access to justice by amending or repealing various Acts and by enacting the Legislation Act, 2005.

After some time, the motion was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the second time and Ordered referred to the Standing Committee Justice Policy.

Après quelque temps, la motion est déclarée adoptée et en conséquence, ce projet de loi est lu une deuxième fois et renvoyé au Comité permanent de la justice.

Mr. Bentley moved, That the House do now adjourn.
