I beg to inform the House that on February 8, 2002, the Report of the Integrity Commissioner pursuant to Section 31(2)(b) of the Members' Integrity Act concerning the request of the Member for Toronto Centre-Rosedale regarding the Honourable James M. Flaherty, Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance and the one-time tax-free payment of $100 per child under age seven, was tabled (No. 227).

I beg to inform the House that on February 27, 2002, the Report of the Integrity Commissioner relating to the request by the Member for Eglinton-Lawrence for an opinion, pursuant to Section 30 of the Members' Integrity Act, 1994, regarding the role of Mr. Ernie Eves as Minister of Finance with respect to the MPP's Pension and Compensation Reform Act, 1996, was tabled (No. 233).

Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 81, An Act to provide standards with respect to the management of materials containing nutrients used on lands, to provide for the making of regulations with respect to farm animals and lands to which nutrients are applied, and to make related amendments to other Acts.

After some time, the motion was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the second time and Ordered referred to the Standing Committee on General Government.
