We, Her Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, now assembled, request the re-appointment of Ann Cavoukian as the Information and Privacy Commissioner for a term of 5 years, commencing on July 1, 2009, as provided in section 4 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.F.31. And, That the Address be engrossed and presented to the Lieutenant Governor in Council by the Speaker. |
