is to certify that, a poll having been granted and held in
Dufferin-Peel-Wellington-Grey on the Seventeenth day of March,
2005, John Tory has been returned as duly elected as appears by
the Return of the said Writ of Election, dated the 25th day of
March, 2005, which is now lodged of record in my
