Ordered, That, notwithstanding the Order of the House dated May 1, 2000, the Standing Committee on Justice and Social Policy be authorized to meet for an additional two hours during the morning of Monday, May 15, 2000 to consider Bill 62, An Act to enact, amend and repeal various Acts in order to encourage direct democracy through municipal referendums, to provide additional tools to assist restructuring municipalities and to deal with other municipal matters; and That the Committee be authorized to meet for 4 days between May 17 and May 26, 2000, inclusively, for the consideration of Bill 69, An Act to amend the Labour Relations Act, 1995 in relation to the construction industry. |
