Coming into force:
65. (1) This section and section 66 come into force on the day this Act receives Royal Assent.
(2) Sections 1 to 59 and 61 to 64 come into force on a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor.
(3) Subsection 60 (1) and paragraph 1 of subsection 60 (2) come into force on the later of the day this Act receives Royal Assent and the day section 1 of the Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Park Act, 2003 is proclaimed in force.
(4) Paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5 of subsection 60 (2) come into force on the later of the day this Act receives Royal Assent and the day section 3 of the Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Park Act, 2003 is proclaimed in force.
(5) Subsection 60 (3) comes into force on the later of the day this Act receives Royal Assent and the day section 4 of the Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Park Act, 2003 is proclaimed in force.
(6) Subsection 60 (4) comes into force on the later of the day this Act receives Royal Assent and the day section 6 of the Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Park Act, 2003 is proclaimed in force.
(7) Subsection 60 (5) comes into force on the later of the day this Act receives Royal Assent and the day subsection 7 (1) of the Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Park Act, 2003 is proclaimed in force.
(8) Subsection 60 (6) comes into force on the later of the day this Act receives Royal Assent and the day subsection 10 (1) of the Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Park Act, 2003 is proclaimed in force.
(9) Subsection 60 (7) comes into force on the later of the day this Act receives Royal Assent and the day subsection 10 (5) of the Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Park Act, 2003 is proclaimed in force.
