The question having been put on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 40, An Act to amend the Insurance Act to protect emergency service providers from rate increases to their personal contracts of automobile insurance, it was declared carried and the Bill was accordingly read the second time and Ordered referred to the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs.
