The Speaker addressed the House as follows:-

I beg to inform the House that I have laid upon the Table a copy of an Order in Council appointing the Honourable James Bradley, MPP as a Commissioner to the Board of Internal Economy, appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council from among the members of the Executive Council, in the place of the Honourable Dwight Duncan, MPP.
