Mr. Caplan - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing provide the following information: With respect to the Maintenance Standards Unit and the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal, landlords can submit a Form L6 under section 156(1) of the Tenant Protection Act, for an Application for a Review of a work Order to the Tribunal. Please provide the number of Order of the Tribunal made at hearings stemming from Form L6 applications that were decided in favour of the landlord and include the number of findings in favour of the tenant.
