After some time, Mr. Bradley moved, under Standing Order 48 “That this question be now put”.		Après quelque temps, M. Bradley propose, conformément à l’article 48 du Règlement «Que cette question soit maintenant mise aux voix».
The Acting Speaker (Mr. Miller (Hamilton East–Stoney Creek)) did not allow the question to be put and directed the debate to continue.		Le président suppléant, M. Miller (Hamilton-Est–Stoney Creek) refuse de mettre la question aux voix et ordonne que le débat se poursuit.
