The Acting Speaker (Mr. Miller (Hamilton East–Stoney Creek)) did not allow the question to be put and directed the debate to continue.		Le président suppléant, M. Miller (Hamilton-Est–Stoney Creek) refuse de mettre la question aux voix et ordonne que le débat se poursuit.
