Petitions and responses subject index

The 43rd Parliament was dissolved on January 28, 2025. New business will be added after the 44th Parliament begins.  

A petition is a document that asks the Legislature to act on or change its position on an issue.

The government must file a response within 24 sessional days of receiving a petition. The response is given to the Clerk of the House and the MPP who presented or tabled the petition.
