Make sure to discuss your intention to apply with your parents/guardians and your teachers.

Note: The entire application must be completed and submitted at the same time - you will not be able to save it part way to return at a later time.

The following steps must be completed:

1. Prepare your answers to the questions found in the Eligibility and Selection Criteria section.
2. Carefully read, print, sign, scan, and attach the Consent Form (PDF) to your online application.
3. Carefully read, print, sign, scan, and attach the Code of Conduct Form (PDF) to your online application.
4. Request a letter of recommendation from a teacher, principal, vice principal or guidance counselor.
5. Apply online.
