A debate arose on the motion for Third Reading of Bill 150, An Act to provide for the resolution of labour disputes involving the Toronto Transit Commission.

After some time, pursuant to the Order of the House dated March 3, 2011, the Deputy Speaker put the question on the motion, declared his opinion that the Ayes had it, and a recorded vote having been demanded, the Deputy Speaker then addressed the House as follows:-

Après quelque temps, conformément à l'ordre adopté par l'Assemblée le 3 mars 2011, le Vice-Président met la motion aux voix, et déclare qu'à son avis les voix favorables l'emportent et un vote par appel nominal ayant été demandé, ensuite, le Vice-Président s'adresse à l'Assemblée en ces mots :-

Pursuant to Standing Order 9(c), the vote on Third Reading of Bill 150, An Act to provide for the resolution of labour disputes involving the Toronto Transit Commission is deferred until “Deferred Votes” today.

Conformément à l'article 9 c) du Règlement, le vote sur la motion portant troisième lecture du projet de loi 150, Loi prévoyant le règlement des conflits de travail à la Commission de transport de Toronto est différé jusqu'aux «Votes différés» aujourd'hui.

Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 163, An Act to amend Christopher’s Law (Sex Offender Registry), 2000.

Le débat reprend sur la motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 163, Loi modifiant la Loi Christopher de 2000 sur le registre des délinquants sexuels.

After some time, there being no further debate, the question having been put, the Deputy Speaker declared his opinion that the Ayes had it, and a recorded vote having been demanded, the Deputy Speaker then addressed the House as follows:-

Après quelque temps, comme il n’y a plus de débat, la motion mise aux voix, le Vice-Président déclare qu'à son avis les voix favorables l'emportent et un vote par appel nominal ayant été demandé, ensuite, le Vice-Président s'adresse à l'Assemblée en ces mots:-

Mr. Dickson and Mr. Brown exchange places in order of precedence such that Mr. Dickson assumes ballot item 10 and Mr. Brown assumes ballot item 75; and

Mr. Brownell and Mr. Kwinter exchange places in order of precedence such that Mr. Brownell assumes ballot item 15 and Mr. Kwinter assumes ballot item 58.
