Standing Order 62(a) provides
that "the Standing Committee on Estimates shall present one
report with respect to all of the Estimates and Supplementary
Estimates considered pursuant to Standing Orders 59 and 61 no
later than the third Thursday in November of each calendar
year".
The House not having received a
report from the Standing Committee on Estimates for certain
ministries on Thursday, November 17, 2005, as required by the
Standing Orders of this House, pursuant to Standing Order 62(b)
the Estimates before the Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and
Recreation, and the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines
are deemed to be passed by the Committee and are deemed to be
reported to and received by the House.
Accordingly, the Estimates
