That, pursuant to Standing Order 47 and notwithstanding any other Standing Order or Special Order of the House, when the Order of the Day is called for resuming the adjourned debate on the amendment to the amendment to Government Order Number 4, the Speaker shall put every question necessary to dispose of the amendment to the amendment, and the amendment to the motion (as amended, if applicable), which questions shall be decided without further debate or amendment; and

That, except in the case of a recorded division arising from morning Orders of the Day pursuant to Standing Order 9(c), no deferral of the vote on the amendment to the amendment or the amendment to the motion (as amended, if applicable), shall be permitted; and

That, in the case of any division on the amendment to the amendment, and the amendment to the motion (as amended, if applicable), the division bell shall be limited to 10 minutes.

Whereas hospital overcrowding in Brampton is critical and in a single year, 4,352 patients were treated in hallways at Brampton Civic hospital;

Whereas hospital overcrowding is a problem across Peel Region;

Therefore the Legislative Assembly calls on the Government to provide the necessary funding in the 2019-2020 Budget for the construction of a new hospital in Brampton.
