Bill 8, An Act respecting an underground infrastructure notification system for Ontario; and

Bill 33, An Act to amend the Human Rights Code with respect to gender identity and gender expression.

Ordered, That notwithstanding “Section A – Private Members’ Public Bills” of the Order passed by the House on May 31, 2012, the requirement that the Order for Third Reading of Bill 8, An Act respecting an underground infrastructure notification system for Ontario be discharged, and that the Bill be recommitted to the Standing Committee on General Government, be waived, and that Bill 8 remain ordered for Third Reading; and

That the Order for Third Reading of Bill 8, An Act respecting an underground infrastructure notification system for Ontario may be called during morning Orders of the Day on Thursday, June 14, 2012.
