Debate was resumed on Government Order Number 10, on the motion relating to calling upon all federal party leaders and Ontario candidates in the upcoming federal election to outline their plan to ensure fair treatment for Ontario.

That the government motion be amended by adding the following point at the end:

▪ Fairness in Ontario's taxation policies, so that people already over-burdened by taxes in this province are not subjected to the proposed carbon tax.

The debate continued and after some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9(a), the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.
