Subcommittee report
The Chair (Mr. Taras Natyshak): We are going to discuss the report of the subcommittee that met on December 7, 2021, and recommends that the following sections of the 2021 Annual Report—

The Chair (Mr. Taras Natyshak): Oh, someone needs to read this as a motion. Madame Gélinas.
Mme France Gélinas: Your subcommittee on committee business met on December 7, 2021, and recommends the following:
That the following sections of the 2021 Annual Report of the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario be reviewed by the committee:
—Value-for-Money Audit: COVID-19 Economic Response and Supports for Businesses;
—Value-for-Money Audit: COVID-19 Personal Protective Equipment Supply;
—Value-for-Money Audit: Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council; and
—Value-for-Money Audit: Outpatient Surgeries.
I move the adoption.
The Chair (Mr. Taras Natyshak): Any debate on those selections from the subcommittee? All those in favour of those selections? Any opposed? Seeing none, the motion carries. Thanks to the subcommittee for their diligent work on the selection.
Now we move into closed session.

The Chair (Mr. Taras Natyshak): We’re back in open session. Michael Parsa?
Mr. Michael Parsa: I move that the committee enter closed session for the purposes of considering the matters related to the Speaker’s warrants for the disclosure of documents from Laurentian University, and that only members, designates appointed by the government and official opposition, and assembly support staff be permitted in the closed session meeting.
