I beg to inform the House that I have today laid upon the Table a Report of the Ombudsman of Ontario, made pursuant to Section 21(4) of the Ombudsman Act, entitled "Between a Rock and a Hard Place" (Sessional Paper No. 487).

Ordered, That in addition to its regularly scheduled meeting times, the Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly be authorized to meet on Monday, May 30, 2005 for the purpose of considering Bill 133, An Act to amend the Environmental Protection Act and the Ontario Water Resources Act in respect of enforcement and other matters.

That pursuant to Standing Order 9(c)(i), the House shall meet from 6:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Monday, May 30, 2005, for the purpose of considering government business.

A debate arose on the motion for Third Reading of Bill 164, An Act to rename and amend the Tobacco Control Act, 1994, repeal the Smoking in the Workplace Act and make complementary amendments to other Acts.			Il s'élève un débat sur la motion portant troisième lecture du projet de loi 164, Loi visant à modifier le titre et la teneur de la Loi de 1994 sur la réglementation de l'usage du tabac, à abroger la Loi limitant l'usage du tabac dans les lieux de travail et à apporter des modifications complémentaires à d'autres lois.
After some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9, the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.			Après quelque temps, conformément à l'article 9 du Règlement, la motion d'ajournement du débat est réputée avoir été proposée et adoptée.

After some time, the question having been put, the Acting Speaker (Mr. Prue) declared his opinion that the Ayes had it, and a recorded vote having been demanded,			Après quelque temps, la motion mise aux voix, le président par intérim, M. Prue déclare qu'à son avis les voix favorables l'emportent et un vote par appel nominal a été demandé.
The Acting Speaker directed that the Members be called in, for which purpose the division bells were rung.			Le Président par intérim donne des directives pour convoquer les députés et la sonnerie d'appel se fait entendre.

Therefore the vote is accordingly deferred.			En conséquence, le vote est différé.
