That, at the conclusion of the second reading stage of the bill, the bill shall be referred to the Standing Committee on Justice and Social Policy; That, the Standing Committee on Justice and Social Policy shall be authorized to meet in Toronto for one day for clause-by-clause consideration of the bill; That, the Standing Committee on Justice and Social Policy shall report back to the House no later than November 22, 2001. |
