Many people know this place as the home for Ontario’s Parliament.
It is also home to an inclusive community of diverse professionals who, together, make up the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. Striving for excellence through collaboration, staff at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario are people who are dedicated to serving Ontario’s Parliament.
They are non-partisan, meaning free of political bias, and operate independently of political affiliation.
They are also inclusive, respecting and embracing the perspectives, abilities, and diversity of all.
Each employee of the Assembly brings their own unique skills to support integrity and excellence in the Legislature’s operations. Lead by the Office of the Clerk, with their many diverse skills staff represent roles from across the Assembly’s four divisions:
• Administrative Services, including Financial Services, Human Resources, Purchasing and Operations, and Business Continuity
• iDivision, including Information Services, the Legislative Library Branch, Legislative Research Branch, Portfolio Management Office, and Technology Services
• Legislative Services, including the Broadcast and Recording Service, House Publications and Language Services, Parliamentary Protocol and Public Relations, Procedural Services, and the Table Research Office
• Sergeant-at-Arms and Precinct Properties, including the Legislative Protective Service, and Precinct Properties
