Ms. Hunter — REASONED AMENDMENT — That the motion for Second Reading of Bill 2, An Act respecting Hydro One Limited, the termination of the White Pines Wind Project and the labour disputes between York University and Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 3903 be amended by deleting all the words after “That” and substituting therefore with the words “this Bill be NOT now read a Second time but be referred back to the Government with instructions to first provide a report to the House containing a full assessment of the compensation package, prior to the statutory termination of contracts and permits, as well as the legal costs incurred to defend the Act in front of any tribunal or board of arbitration.” Filed July 17, 2018.

Mr. Tabuns — REASONED AMENDMENT — That the motion for Second Reading of Bill 2, An Act respecting Hydro One Limited, the termination of the White Pines Wind Project and the labour disputes between York University and Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 3903, be amended by deleting all the words after “That” and substituting therefore the words “this Bill be NOT now read a Second time but be referred back to the Government with instructions to provide a report to the House outlining the scope of potential legal liabilities related to the changes proposed by Schedule 2 of the Bill.” Filed July 17, 2018.
