The Member having refused was named by the Speaker and directed to withdraw from the service of the House for the balance of the sessional day. The debate continued and, after some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9, the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried. Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 140, An Act respecting long-term care homes.	Le débat reprend sur la motion portant deuxième lecture du projet de loi 140, Loi concernant les foyers de soins de longue durée.
At the conclusion of the debate, with unanimous consent, the following was agreed to:-
That notwithstanding Standing Order 28(h), in the event of a division on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 140, An Act respecting long-term care homes, the division shall be deferred to Tuesday, December 5, 2006 during "Deferred Votes."
The question having then been put, the Deputy Speaker (Mr. Crozier) declared his opinion that the Ayes had it, and a recorded vote having been demanded,	La motion mise aux voix, le vice-président, M. Crozier déclare qu'à son avis les voix favorables l'emportent et un vote par appel nominal a été demande,
The vote was accordingly deferred until Tuesday, December 5, 2006 during "Deferred Votes."	En conséquence, le vote est différé jusqu'au mardi 5 décembre 2006 pendant la période «votes différés».
