Second Reading of Bill 5, An Act to amend the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act to name a portion of Highway 62 and Highway 33 the Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment Memorial Highway.

That in the opinion of this House, the Ontario Liberal government enter into an agreement with the City of Toronto to implement the Toronto Strong Neighbourhoods Strategy, and urge the federal government to become an equal partner in this agreement as well.
