Pursuant to Standing Order 106(e), the Report is deemed to be adopted by the House (Sessional Paper No. 37).

That, The Legislative Assembly directs the Government of Ontario to correct their failure to protect Ontario consumers who are experiencing sky-rocketing automotive, home and commercial insurance rates, and who are having difficulty obtaining reasonable insurance coverage or are being dropped as loyal customers - even in cases where there has been no change in their risk factors.
