The Speaker addressed the House

I beg to inform the House that,
pursuant to Standing Order 69(b), the House Leader of the Third
Party, the Member for Niagara Centre, has notified the Clerk of
his intention to file notice of a reasoned amendment to the
motion for Second Reading of Bill 211, An Act to resolve a labour
dispute between The Ontario English Catholic Teachers'
Association and the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School
Board.
The Order for Second Reading of
Bill 211 may therefore not be called today.

House;
And for the purposes of Standing
Order 46, tonight's debate will be considered one full sessional
day.
