The Speaker addressed the House as follows:-

I beg to inform the House that during the recess, the Clerk received the Second and Third Reports of the Standing Committee on Government Agencies. Pursuant to Standing Order 106(e)9, these Reports are deemed to be adopted by the House.

Mr. Marchese from the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills presented the Committee's First Report 2002 (Sessional Paper No. 58).
