On motion by Mrs. Ecker,

That, notwithstanding Standing Order 96(d), Mr. Sergio and Mr. Peters exchange places in order of precedence such that Mr. Peters assumes ballot item number 40 and Mr. Sergio assumes ballot item number 45; and

Mr. DeFaria and Mr. Kells exchange places in order of precedence such that Mr. Kells assumes ballot item number 70 and Mr. DeFaria assumes ballot item number 36; and

Mr. Beaubien and Mr. Gill exchange places in order of precedence such that Mr. Gill assumes ballot item number 34 and Mr. Beaubien assumes ballot item number 61.

With unanimous consent, on motion by Mrs. Ecker,

That the order of the House dated October 15, 2001, be rescinded and notwithstanding the order of the House dated October 26, 2000, David Christopherson, member for the electoral district of Hamilton West, be appointed Deputy Speaker and Chair of the Committee of the Whole House; Bert Johnson, member for the electoral district of Perth-Middlesex, be appointed First Deputy Chair of the Committee of the Whole House; and Mike Brown, member for the electoral district of Algoma-Manitoulin, be appointed Second Deputy Chair of the Committee of the Whole House.
