On December 14, 2011, a special report entitled Oversight Undermined: Investigation into the Ministry of the Attorney General's implementation of recommendations concerning reform of the Special Investigations Unit from the Ombudsman (Sessional Paper No. 16).

On January 10, 2012, a special report entitled Biodiversity: A Nation's Commitment, An Obligation for Ontario, A Special Report to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from the Environmental Commissioner (Sessional Paper No. 21).

On February 17, 2012, a report on the Election Returns with Statistics from the Records (2009, 2010 By-Elections and 2011 General Election) from the Chief Electoral Officer. (Sessional Paper No. 31).
