That, in the opinion of this House, a newly elected federal government must immediately negotiate a new Canada-Ontario Immigration agreement that allows Ontario to assume control of the delivery of programs and services to help newcomers settle and succeed and must ensure that the agreement provides newcomers in Ontario equal treatment to those in Manitoba, Quebec and British Columbia. | |||
