M. Yakabuski propose,

That the Legislative Assembly of Ontario calls upon the McGuinty Government to make the terms of the Samsung contract – known as the Korean Green Energy Investment Agreement – public, including performance indicators, penalty provisions, any dates either side can terminate the contract with or without penalty, who signed the contract, who negotiated the contract or lobbied for the contract on the Government’s behalf, any subsidies included in the contract, and the total cost to ratepayers.
