After some time, Mr. Yakabuski moved the adjournment of the debate, which motion was lost on the following division:-	Après quelque temps, M. Yakabuski propose l'ajournement du débat et cette motion est rejetée par le vote suivant:-

At 5:36 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 47(c), the Deputy Speaker interrupted the proceedings and announced that there had been more than six and one-half hours of debate on Second Reading of Bill 218, An Act to implement 2009 Budget measures and to enact, amend or repeal various Acts, and that the debate would be deemed adjourned, at which point the House Leader specified otherwise, whereupon debate continued.
