Bill 18, An Act respecting the disclosure of information about marijuana grow operations. Mr. Sergio.

Projet de loi 18, Loi ayant trait à la divulgation de renseignements sur les exploitations de culture de marijuana. M. Sergio.

Bill 19, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act to provide for a tax credit for expenses incurred in using public transit. Mr. O'Toole.

Projet de loi 19, Loi modifiant la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu afin de prévoir un crédit d'impôt pour les dépenses engagées au titre des transports en commun. M. O'Toole.

Bill 20, An Act to provide for the direct election of the Niagara Regional Council chair. Mr. Hudak.

Projet de loi 20, Loi prévoyant l'élection au scrutin général du président du conseil régional de Niagara. M. Hudak.

Bill 21, An Act to require bilingual signs in provincial parks, parks under the control of the Niagara Parks Commission and at major provincial tourist attractions. Mr. Lalonde.

During "Oral Questions", the Speaker repeatedly requested the Member for Toronto–Danforth (Mr. Tabuns) to come to order.

Pendant la période des «Questions orales», le Président demande à plusieurs reprises au député de Toronto–Danforth, M. Tabuns de se comporter.

The Member having refused was named by the Speaker and directed to withdraw from the service of the House for the balance of the sessional day.

Comme le député refuse d'obéir, le Président le désigne par son nom et l'ordonne de se retirer du service de l'Assemblée pour le reste du jour de session.

After some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9, the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.

The House then adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
