Ordered, That the following committees be authorized to meet during the Winter Adjournment in accordance with the schedule of meeting dates agreed by the Whips of the recognized parties and tabled with the Clerk of the Assembly to examine and enquire into the following matters:- Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs to consider matters relating to pre-budget consultations 2007; Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly to consider Bill 155, An Act to provide for a referendum on Ontario's electoral system; Standing Committee on Government Agencies for up to five days for agency review pursuant to its terms of reference as set out in Standing Order 106(e); and Standing Committee on Public Accounts for up to four days pursuant to its terms of reference as set out in Standing Order 106(g); And that the committees be authorized to release their reports during the Winter Adjournment by depositing a copy of any report with the Clerk of the Assembly, and upon the resumption of the meetings of the House the Chairs of such committees shall bring any such reports before the House in accordance with the Standing Orders.

That, pursuant to Standing Order 46 and notwithstanding any other Standing Order or Special Order of the House relating to Bill 173, An Act to amend the Legislative Assembly Act, the MPPs Pension Act, 1996 and the Executive Council Act, that the Order referring Bill 173 to the Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly be discharged, and the bill be Ordered for Third Reading, which Order may then be immediately called; and That, when the Order for Third Reading is called, the Speaker shall put every question necessary to dispose of this stage of the bill without further debate or amendment; and That there shall be no deferral of any vote allowed pursuant to Standing Order 28(h); and That, in the case of any division relating to any proceedings on the bill, the division bell shall be limited to ten minutes.
