On motion by Mr. Baird, Bill 23, An Act to amend the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 and the Municipal Franchises Act in respect of consumer protection, the governance of the Ontario Energy Board and other matters was introduced and read the first time on the following division:-			Sur la motion de M.
