Debate was resumed on the motion for Second Reading of Bill 58, An Act to ensure the provision of essential ambulance services in the event of a strike or lock-out of ambulance workers. During the debate, disorder having arisen, the Acting Speaker (Mr. Johnson) ordered that a Stranger be excluded from the West Members' Gallery.
The debate continued, and after some time, pursuant to Standing Order 9(a), the motion for the adjournment of the debate was deemed to have been made and carried.
