1. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Natural Resources provide any reports and correspondence related to the practice and level of bears killed in Ontario associated with the trade in animal parts. October 3, 1995.
2. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Natural Resources provide copies of any reports completed since 1987 dealing with assessing Ontario black bear population numbers. October 3, 1995.
3. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Natural Resources provide copies of the Wildlife Branch Bear Hunt reports for 1984, 1985, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, and existing data (even preliminary analysis) of the Spring 1995 hunt. October 3, 1995.
4. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Natural Resources provide any memos, notes or reports pertaining to the quality, and/or limitations, and/or data, and/or suggestions for improved data collection produced since 1985 related to the bear harvest in Ontario. 5. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Natural Resources provide an analysis of the government revenue and expenditures associated with a) the spring bear hunt; b) the fall bear hunt in Ontario. October 3, 1995.

7. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Natural Resources provide a bibliography (annotated if possible) of all publications dealing with black bears in Ontario, produced by OMNR staff, or funded in any way or produced with the cooperation of the OMNR. October 3, 1995.

9. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minster of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs provide the reports of the Bear Damage to Livestock Compensation Program and the Damage to Honey Bees by Bears Program from 1995 to date. October 3, 1995.
10. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minster of Natural Resources provide any documentation which is an assessment of the Black Bear Management Area program, and provide the number of BMA's in place for each year since the program's start. October 3, 1995.
11. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Natural Resources provide any correspondence between the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters pursuant to the mailing of OFAH material with the Outdoor card renewals. Would the Minister provide the OMNR Policy and/or Directive which would guide the OMNR in its dealing with businesses or organizations seeking to undertake similar cooperative arrangements. October 3, 1995.
12. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Natural Resources provide copies of correspondence sent or received by the OMNR (including the Minister) and organizations interested in the Ontario bear hunt (such as, but not limited to: Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters, Animal Alliance, Northern Ontario Tourist Outfitters). 14. Mr Bartolucci - Enquiry of the Ministry - Would the Minister of Northern Development and Mines provide any reports, data, or related material produced by the Ministry or used in its decision making process which deal with the economics of bear hunting in Ontario. October 3, 1995.
