The Chair (Ms. Goldie Ghamari): Good morning, everyone. The Standing Committee on Justice Policy will now come to order. We are here to conduct clause-by-clause consideration of Bill 139, An Act to amend various Acts. We are joined by staff from legislative counsel, Hansard and broadcast and recording.

Bill 139 is comprised of three sections which enact 20 schedules. In order to deal with the bill in an orderly fashion, I suggest we postpone these three sections in order to dispose of the schedules first. Is there agreement on this? Great.
