Bill 69, An Act to amend various Acts with respect to infrastructure / Projet de loi 69, Loi modifiant diverses lois sur les infrastructures.

We’re here to conduct clause-by-clause consideration of Bill 69, An Act to amend various Acts with respect to infrastructure. We are joined this morning by staff from legislative counsel, Hansard, and broadcast and recording. Please wait until I recognize you before starting to speak. Bill 69 is comprised of three sections which enact two schedules. In order to deal with the bill in an orderly fashion, I suggest we postpone those three sections in order to dispose of the schedules first. Committee members, is there agreement on this? We’re all good? All right.

Moving then, committee members, please, to schedule 1, Environmental Assessment Act: There are no amendments to sections 1 to 4 of schedule 1. I propose we bundle them. Agreed? Thank you.
