Randall White

Randall White is a former senior policy advisor with the Ontario Ministry of Finance and a former economist with the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. He has subsequently worked as an independent policy consultant for various public and private sector clients. He has a PhD in political science from the University of Toronto, and he is the author of almost a dozen books on Canadian history and politics, including Ontario 1610-1985: A Political and Economic History, and Ontario Since 1985. He is involved in a number of digital and small press publishing projects, and writes frequently about Ontario history and politics. He also serves on the editorial advisory committee of the Ontario Historical Society journal Ontario History, and on the advisory board of ontarionewswatch.com.
